I called Thiel's collision center from the highway when I was driving cross country and the plastic shielding from the bottom of my car came loose on the highway. It was very scary. Kim answered the phone and was kind, patient, and helpful giving me directions to the shop. Even though they were closing in a half an hour from when I called (and 15 minutes from when I finally got through the door), Brandon agreed to do quick fix that has held so far and got me back on the road.
The stretch of I-90 that I was on had very few options as far as towns and businesses and being that close to closing time, they could have told me they could not take my car. However, Brandon and staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward with the repair. The only unfortunate part is that this shop is not closer to my home in Denver; I would love to have such honest and nice people do my bodywork.
