These guys went over and above! A pheasant hit my window on the interstate on our way to the black hills for a family vacation. We were 40+ miles away and called to see if they had a replacement, they didn't at that time, but could by the next day. (no problem, we would pick it up on the way home, we would ride with the rest of the family packed in one vehicle) On our way there, they called and said they made some arrangements and now have a replacement in stock. (they had one reserved for someone else, but that person could wait a day) Also, they could have it done in one hour! This couple was so nice and did more than what they had to. To top it all off, they were more than fair on the price of the new window! I am not even sure of their names, but I will tell everyone about them!
Had a windshield replaced on my stepson's car. Went to pick up the car the next day and the driver side mirror was busted off. The guy told us it was collateral damage. Should of made a police report, but I will NEVER do business with them again.
