Always great people to deal with
Driving across the country, I had a flat tire in the middle of South Dakota. The next town that I came to that had a tire repair facility was Chamberlain, and I wandered into Willrodt Motor Company. I explained my situation and the gentlemen there worked quickly, pleasantly, and efficiently. These guys could have easily taken advantage of me and the predicament that I was in, but they were true professionals. They made a situation that could have been much, much worse and turned it into a tolerable experience. I'm grateful to them for that.
Very helpful in finding a vehicle that works for my needs. Friendly and knowledgable. Have purchased several cars from here and have always been satisfied.
Should of known about this place as soon as I walked into the door. Guy at the fronts awnser to every customer (3 others) was " I dont know". You would think it would be better to get a real mechanic to awnser it and not a clueless guy who hasnt achieved anything in life but being a secretary at a half star facility. From the jump after job was done i had problems. Came into tell them and they couldnt and wouldnt do anything i was told. Wow?!? I explained i was passing through town even and told him i couldnt make the appt he placed for me 3 days later. So what did he do? He have me a even farther out appointment. Dont go here. Take the trip to Pierre and save your advils for other headaches
I'm a local person and I DREAD having to go into this business!! The customer service is horrible and the service department is a JOKE! When you schedule an appointment at a certain time that usually means that's when your car goes in to get worked on, here it might be 6 hours or even a couple DAYS later before they even look at it and never a call back to tell you it's done or what's going on. Also, when I drop off a $50,000 vehicle off to be serviced, the least they could do is give me something more than a $500 lemon as a loaner, but that all depends if you have a high ranking last name in the town because then you can drive a nice dealer plated vehicle right off their lot. The most pathetic excuse for a dealer garage I've ever dealt with in my life!
