Is this place run by the Super 8 down the road?! We had stayed there (Super8 Chamberlin) a while back. Big Mistake! Decided to go Pizza Hut because it was near by. Again, another mistake. Poor service. Salad bar was unclean and not tended to when food had run out. Our pan pizza was under cooked Tables, chairs, and booths all were old scratched up, sticky, torn up. By the end of our dinner we just wanted to get out of there. However, we then had to go back to the old, dirty, musty Super 8. Horrible stay in Chamberlin!
Thus was not the worst dining experience, however, after three strikes I probably wont go back Slow service, out of productsand an unorganized,and messy dining area. Our drinks were not refilled in the 40 miutes we were there. No silverware at the table or offered. We recieved our wings 20 minutes after our pizza. One table looked like a management work space puked with menus and paperwork. Takeout looked really busy. Maybe they should close the dining area and just focus on deliveries. Lol
Took longer then I expected, but the food was really good, and the waitress treated us really well.
Just to let everyone know the hut in Chamberlain is under new management. The new manager is a pretty good guy to work for. He needs some help all positions needed
Wow. I love pizza hut in my town but this pizza hut needs a serious overhaul. Our waiter was nice but ever so slow he did mention he was new so I cut him some slack. At first. We pretty much knew what we wanted right away so he took our order fast but when we got our appetizer we had to go to the salad bar to get our own plates. Then had to go to counter to ask for parm. cheese. Then had to go back to the counter to get a refill. Meanwhile the place is starting to fill up with people. The whole time he was on the phone. People are walking out because they are tired of waiting. I can see why they get so many take out orders. Food good service not good. They didn't even care people were waiting so long. I would bet the franchise of pizza hut would be embarrassed of this place.
Really needs delivery drivers. You can make 14 to 17 bucks a hour. Must be 18 years old or older I'm in my 60s and I can do the work. So all of you that have had a bad experience there in the past give the hut another chance. You just might like the new manager and the way things are going now
