A beautiful location right on the river. The sites are well spaced especially towards the river. The ones up front are a little tight. The playground is great for the kids. Great paved walkway along the river for walking, bike riding, scooters Etc
Beautiful campground, clean facilities. Unfortunately they don't follow quiet time rules. Both days we dealt with excessive noise. First from the group of 30 polygamists and then a group of rednecks loudly discussing bestiality at 4am. When I explained they were waking my kids up and that we don't care where they are from or what they are into, their response was "we are camping". If you don't have a family and don't like to sleep I recommend this place. The quiet hours are 11pm-7am, they are blatantly disregarded. You can't beat the show, this is the stuff that movies are made from.
Clean, quiet Municipal campground. Kids loved the tandem bikes and the water! Slept like a king!
Found their Web site while we were just looking for a place to spend the night. Loved it! Big sites, not just a parking lot, on the river. Highly recommended!
I camped there for the night in my jeep while driving across country.
I will definitely camp there again.
For the price, it was a safe place to park for the night, and I was able to shower at their facilities!
